Account & Data Deletion
At Caki Games, we respect your fundamental right to control your personal data. You have the absolute right to permanently delete your account, game progress, and all associated telemetry records across any game published by Caki Games.
⚡ Option 1: Instant In-Game Deletion (Fastest)
If you still have MMO11 or any of our supported titles installed on your device, you can permanently erase your account in seconds without waiting for manual email processing:
- Launch the game and tap your Club / Profile avatar.
- Open Settings (gear icon).
- Tap "Delete Account & Wipe Data".
- Confirm the verification prompt. Your club, squad, virtual items, and server records will be permanently expunged immediately.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your account in-game, please fill out the verified deletion form below. Submitting this form directly initiates an expedited deletion request to cakigamescontact@gmail.com.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?
- Permanent Data Erasure: All player profiles, club affiliations, squad statistics, match histories, and chat logs are irretrievably removed from our cloud databases.
- Virtual Purchases: Any unspent virtual goods, currency, or cosmetic items are permanently forfeited. Consistent with app store guidelines, virtual purchases cannot be transferred or refunded upon voluntary deletion.
- Analytics & Identifiers: Advertising identifiers (GAID/IDFV) and IP crash logs associated with your device session are purged from third-party analytics pipelines within 30 days.
